Central Hudson deserves 0 stars and if there was a viable alternative I would have my parents switch. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! No one ever knows what is going on. They rolled out a new system which resulted in an account error on (2) accounts we have. We are now on week 3 and still trying to get this problem rectified, over $1000.00 in charges. Tried calling on 10/27 spoke with a rep who placed me on hold at 5:30 PM at 6:01 PM someone else picked up. So I said, "I've been on hold for 30 min and you pick up now that your office is closed?" Person goes, "oh no we close at 8 PM what is your account number," as soon as I start to read the account information the call disconnects (meaning she hung up). So much time has been wasted these last few days trying to get a problem they cause rectified is ridiculous.
