First the service adviser told us that our car with about 80K miles, which we bought from them and brought to them for every service, somehow never had the 60K service. Furthermore, the dealership refused to accept their own coupon for this service which we happened to have, citing the reason that the price of the 60K service on the coupon was too low. When we asked to talk to the manager, he was not available: when the manager called us back a few days later, he was trying to justify not accepting the coupon by saying that the coupon was only for the 30K service, and not for the 60K one. The coupon explicitly asks "Has you car reached another 30K?" and quotes the price. I do not see how this could be interpreted as a coupon which does not apply to the 60K, 90K, etc services as well. A really disappointing experience.
