I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a desk from this company. This is truly worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a desk on 14 April, at the end of April I received an email saying it was out of stock, an alternative was offered, which I accepted, with no communication it arrived two weeks later in the wrong colour so I refused the delivery. Trying to get a refund was a disaster, the company don't respond to emails, you wait in excess of 30 minutes to get through to customer services only to be given poor excuses and hollow apologies. Fortunately I have received a refund now, 3 months after the original purchase so for those of you still waiting don't give up and raise a dispute with your card company and local trading standards service. The best advice is avoid this company and purchase from an alternative more reliable supplier.
