I've done the mistake of ordering a desk because of lockdown. It was meant to arrive on the 8th of June, then on the 15th of June and then on and around the 25th of June.
On the 15th, I've sent an email asking for a refund since it was being still delayed, but as of today 25th June (10 days) still no reply.
I've just tried contacting their customer service on the phone, but as many have said, they don't pick up and get you to record a message, I doubt they will call me back.
I'm gonna try getting my bank to tamper a refund!
