Fred was very polite and as a Master Plumber I was thinking as he went through each item that I wanted him to address that he was a good match for training J.D. who was also with him this morning.







Two for the price of one. :-)

Fred continues to help me with pricing, suggestions, substitutions on lower price options, etc. Although I have used John Moore for most of my HVAC, water heater, and plumbing needs, I have never used the pest control services. I may or may not to decide to go with John Moore on that right now but will need to take care of that in the near future. I know for sure that if I decide to go with John Moore that Fred will continue to guide me through the options.
