William Brooks with John Moore Services went above and beyond for me. Our A/C went out and we were told that the part was covered under warranty but we would have to pay for labor. He made some phone calls after we talked to him about the situation. He was able to cover the labor and parts. We appreciate this very much. This definitely was a God-send.
