Anthony donato, my sales rep, has been very informative and responsive to my needs. The monthly report given is very detailed and I don't feel like my money's been thrown out the window. The other company I had, it seemed like they created my website and that was all they did and I was paying the monthly to do nothing except keep my domain open. These guys pay attention. They make suggestions on how to get better and so far so good.
