Its a shame when you own a business but dont insight to have customer service skills like owning up to your mistakes or making a customer feel they have vaule you have a decent product but no business ethics unless your dealing with celebrities ie, changed the date for a pick up the person working for BCAKEny never put down the correct time of my pick up and blamed me and told me to move on after my casual event was ruined. the person working with BCAKEny kept emphasizing on money and how i was not charged for changing the time which leaves me to believe had I paid xtra I would have received better service Obviously this little up and coming shop has never heard of putting the customer first what good is it to have a product and a inefficient staff that doesnt know how to relate to customers i give bCAKE ny two thumbs down its hit or miss if your not a celebrity if you are planning an event think twice and be specific with them good luck. Remember this is New York and we do have choices.
