Great place to bring kids. Lots of childhood memories!

The setting feels authentic, and several (possibly many) of the buildings are transplants from the area.

As an adult there are some great exhibits towards the beginning with information about the period. As I child I loved playing near the school house with the stilts and other things.

The Potter has remained my favorite! You can watch as they make souvenirs for the gift shop, and they fire them in a replica kiln a couple of times a year.
