Totally worthless. Have tried to call them several...

Totally worthless. Have tried to call them several working days in a row regarding a case I have with them. The mobile operator only refers that I should contact them when there is a misunderstanding of an ocr number. Got to pay Sergel's invoice now anyway I thought I already paid it at the operator.

When you call them it is either closed or does not receive calls. Same thing now throughout the week.

Worthless.
