Administration cannot be trusted. They are firing a wonderful pulmonologist/critical care physician who only wanted to make the care better. When nursing incompetence was pointed out the physician was targeted. ICU nurses should be able to care for critical patients. Many of them haven t been properly trained and are lacking skills. It is a shame that this is happening to a doctor who only tried to make things better.
