I have purchased an outdoor lamp (Betri Solar wall) that is not working in the winter because the photosynthetic solar panel needs enough sunlight to be able to charge. This information is not on the website. They do not want to take the lamp back because the lamp is not defective and has already been installed.

Furthermore, it is a beautiful, high-quality lamp with a beautiful design.

In my experience, DMlight conceals important information about the product and they provide a poor after-sales service.
