This company could care less about their customers...
This company could care less about their customers. I called a month ago to get our service canceled. We still got charged for the following month. I called FOUR times to try and get the problem resolved. The first time, I was told everything was good to go and the service had been canceled. Returned to clean the apartment 10 days later and realized it had never been canceled so I called again. We ended up getting charged so I called again and was told that I d receive a call back by Friday. By Tuesday it still hadn t happened, so I called back for a fourth time! The lady (Judi) was INCREDIBLY RUDE! As I was trying to explain the situation she interrupted me by raising her voice and said, STOP TALKING! Nothing you are telling me is helpful! I couldn t believe how rude she was and how impolite she was to a customer. Needless to say, we ll be avoiding this company at ALL costs and telling those we know to do the same and I hope Judi receives some backlash for being so incredibly rude. In my opinion this is thievery, and totally unacceptable.
