I had an appointment at 8:30 with Dr. Ferreira I arrive at the hospital at 8:15 am I go to the reception who send me on a floor no bowl it's not the right floor I'm leaving in another then again another of course all alone in these corridors not obvious at all. I can finally find the place where I must be it is 8:40 am people in front of me I queued it takes me at 8:44 to say that I'm here I go to the waiting room and I wait and I wait 9h20 finally my doctor arrives to tell me that since I arrived late it does not take me while I've been there for a long time but the doctor does not want to hear anything honestly I do not find it at all professional when when we appointment with a doctor and he is late it is not as far as we berate him where we humiliate the client this will be the last time I go to this hospital because of this doctor who thanks to her I have to postpone my other radio that I had to do after my EMG which was to lead to an operation. I put 1 star because of my doctor
