I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Blue Bonnet Motors. I took a gamble by buying the vehicle sight unseen from out of state. Throughout the process, my sales professional Nancy stayed in constant contact with me. She made sure the buying process was as painless as possible. She even helped me coordinate shipping, to the point that she came in on her day off to make sure the vehicle was trailered safely! After I received the vehicle, there was a mechanical malfunction which my local dealer was being very difficult about fixing...even though it should have been covered by warranty. Nancy and the service manager, Bill Martin, worked tirelessly to communicate with the local dealership and even covered the repair in good faith! Thank you Nancy and Bill! I cannot recommend working with this dealership, and namely these fantastic individuals, enough. I will certainly be buying from this dealership again, and anyone with good sense will too.
