We adopted our first dog from here! She s amazing....

We adopted our first dog from here! She s amazing. The volunteers are amazing and the staff is amazing (minus the two at the front desk). I see many other reviews on here about just how terrible their customer service is. When walking in, nobody is greeted by them, no direction is offered, and when you ask for help they respond in short, one word answers. All in all, they make the experience feel uneasy.
Today we went in to go see about adopting an additional dog, and the front desk was honestly just as rude as they were the first time.
No smiles, no conversations, and very condescending.
I wish this would be addressed, because such an amazing facility with such great volunteers and staff are let down by the first faces that people see when they first walk in.
