I can say little because they did not even attend to me. To begin with, they made an appointment by email at one hour, and by phone at another. When I arrived the place was crowded, very full of people and they sent me to wait in a kind of patio. They kept me there for half an hour without any explanation and when I went to tell them that I was leaving, they only said: I can tell you how long (MORE) you have left to wait. But not an apology, not an explanation. It is the clear example of a well placed site, in a wealthy area, that all they want is to do business with something very important.
