LG employs a third party for technical services for cell phones, B.P.O. Call Centers. While not uncommon, this company has the worst experience, as well as the rudest people I've ever come in contact with. After only a few moments on hold I was connected to a woman that couldn't speak English. After being put on hold for 42 minutes, I was simply disconnected. This one experience changed my mind regarding the new TV I'm going to buy. It was a toss up between LG and Samsung. Thank you for flipping the coin for me.
