Awful awful service. Waited in line for over 4 hou...

Awful awful service. Waited in line for over 4 hours and when my number was called to go to the counter, the number disappeared and said I missed my turn. Considering I was watching the board like a hawk, I doubt that very much as I had basically ran to the counter. But the number before me was still very much present and the person had not even reached the counter! Then I had to wait in line while another person got served and I had to watch them call themthem l numbers. Didn't get my visa in the end as they said i needed past passports, my mum was having a fit with them and I just lost it after being there for over 5 hours
