And then Letterbox refused to take any money for the brochures or portrait as it was at the heart of the Covid crisis and according to Maddie, this wasn t the time to be making money. That got me stumped. My Dad had died of Covid. I had never mentioned it. But their core values led them to show empathy and compassion to my family and I at a time when we were most vulnerable and needed all the love we could get.
