They charged me $200 and telling me that they could not locate which part is not functioning and tell me just to replace whole units. They open indoor units in the attic, but just left then open until my second technician from another company told me about this. I called them to report this issue and they never they get back to me. CroppMetcalfe technician does not have knowledge and experience in what they are suppose to do. I feel that they know nothing about the repair but just recommending to replace the whole thing. I will never use them again, Please be aware and don't waste your money.
