This is my first year with peak properties and no doubt they are helpful. Whenever we had any issue they response quickly. But experience in the winter is horrible. I am not saying you guys did not respond to the heating issue I am having. You did, but your technician could not able to find the actual problem with the heating. First time when I had the issue it was not working at all, second time the temperature goes down by itself even I set the thermostat to 80-85. I let the manager know again and the technician changed the thermostat and that does not work at all. I am using portable heaters to keep the apartment warm as I have one year old baby. Until now the heating system experience I am having here is horrible. When I am putting portable heater the temperature starts increasing. Now, I am getting the high gas bill and high electricity bill because of portable heaters.
You guys are really helpful but I suggest you have better mechanical team for heating/cooling system.
