The receptionist was so rude actually hung up the phone on me twice . So unprofessional ... would never recommend using this services took my money over phone but would not give me results of blood ... I've never experienced a receptionist so unprofessional and rude .. needs to be re-educate on how to deal with the public .. or maybe just how to speak polity over the phone .. gave 1 star as I actually could not give none .
