Very disappointed with this hotel. They are part of the Accor Group and we booked on two separate occasions a one night stay and two night stay. They didn t provide complimentary water which other Mercure Hotels do. Also they upgraded our stay for the one night to an ocean view which is not really ocean. All you can see is units in front and the ferry terminal.

Because they upgraded us on the first stay, five days later we stayed again for two nights. No upgrade or any recognition for returning back to the hotel.

Checking in and out is relatively efficient. Overnight parking fee of $40 I felt was expensive. Their breakfast service is very slow. They forgot our tea and coffee order and then when I checked with the waitress, we still didn t receive our order for 20 minutes. Food runs out quickly and takes some time to be replaced. Also their hot food is not hot.

Overall, very disappointed with our stay.
