Santander is the worst company to have an auto loan with. All of the employees are rude af and horrible at their job. I had to have my situation escalated to a manager and he was worst than the employees. I was told the same information by 4 different employees but when it got to him he vetoed everything. He always agreed to what his associates said and then hung up on me. When I called back he had notated my account with lies. Now I have to wait on corporate to reach out to me. If you happen to get Joel on the line with initials JMOR hang up and try someone else. He s a rude liar and needs to be fired.
