The registration females who did the data entry on my child's information, Jared Eadward Zavala, placed my wife as if she were the one who took our child to the Emergency room. They need to be trained or taught to do their job correctly. Unless they were trained correctly, and they purposefully acted evil by lying that my wife went to the ER. When in reality, I Salvador Zavala took my son to the ER. Plus, the billing department continously sends messages, phone calls, and now mail about my wife owing $344. 40 when our child has medicaid. I have already provided policy number several times, and either way they are able to check through MMIS if the child has medicaid. Which is real simple. All they need to do is place the child's social security on MMIS, and it will pop up that the medicaid is active and the policy number. Me knowing all this, that they are capable of knowing this information through the app MMIS, allows me to know that these females are extremely evil and thiefs. This is a horrible way to try to steal from people who seem vulnerable, because of age and ethnicity. Because there are people who will try to pay the bill, but unfortunately will deprive themselves from seeking more medical treatment feeling that they cannot afford being treated. They assume that we don't know that they are illegally charging us when we shouldn't be charged, because medicaid covers the bill. Don't come to this hospital the registration and billing department are a bunch of crooks and thiefs who do not obtain no integrity.
