Red Dot did some restoration work after discovering a leak at our condo building. They responded quickly, were very friendly and reassuring during this stressful ordeal. They kept me personally updated even though they were hired by the condo management company. I really appreciated being kept in the loop with regards to scheduling and progress. Very lovely people to deal with and I was happy with the results.
