I sent in a picture of what I wanted for my son's ...

I sent in a picture of what I wanted for my son's 4th Birthday, and was specific on what I wanted. I was told that they couldn't use the logo, due to copyright infringement. Ok, no big deal, just put my son's name in place. I was told this wasn't a problem. I told them I needed to pick the cake up for 10. WELLLL, the cake still wasn't ready at 10:30. When it finally came out, no flag with my son's name, the cake looked horrible, and the 4, which was made of fondant, was cracked. I will NEVER use Paul's Pastry Ever again. It was definitely a waste of money!
