Beautiful place! It is a good-sized village with dirt paths. Kids can run happily. The costumed interpreters offer excellent information. We really liked watching them work at the forge. If you're in the area, I recommend at least stopping into the Gift shop. It's huge with plenty of books and treats. The day we were there, they hosted a wedding party.
