My wife went to your office to evaluate our certificates on Dec 5th. They told her that she will receive it by MAIL in 10 days. Nobody told her (10 business day). and I had very important interview on Dec 19th.
So,I called them and they told me that I will get it by 10 business days... I said Ok, let me get to your office on Dec 18th and pick it up before you send it. He Said NO, we will send it on Dec 19th. I said "So, it will take 15 business days to receive it by MAIL :).. he said yes, and if you need it before that, just pay $50. I payed $50 and I get it in 2 days only. and my wife got hers in other day.
