I just purchased a home from Big Block Realty and investment group. Their agents were nice enough, and they did a good job presenting the house. However, whoever the group uses as their contractor to flip the home, needs to lose his license! They definitely just put lipstick on a pig and called it good! At the close of escrow, and upon further investigating, I was left with an electrical disaster, and a huge fire hazard! From the electrical to plumbing, to painting, everything was done with extremely poor quality control. Fixing their installation hack job is costing me roughly 5K, after we paid top dollar for our new home. I did expect some issues buying a flipped house, but not to the extent that I have. I would never buy from this realty and investment group again. Buyer beware! Don t over price their work. Things look good on the surface, but I can only specilste all corners that were cut in order for them to make a few extra dollars!
