ZERO STAR rating of BEACH REALTY NC management company! We chose a home with both a pool and a hot tub. When we arrived we quickly noticed that there was no hot tub! When we called we were told that there had not been a hot tub advertised with the property, that it had been removed in October. Guess what, we reserved the house in JANUARY! The 14 of us were called liars by Scott and general manager. Don't bother to rent from them if you expect to have the amenities of the home you had chosen.
