Lance, Mike, Dave, Dutch, and Rebecca were helpful and professional throughout the process. Online inventory screening was helpful and efficient, with prompt response to information requests on four vehicles. Mike helped me check out the four stock numbered Outback wagons of interest, comparing their features to our 2012 wagon, as well as across the new models. We have always bought used vehicles, never brand new. Still, in current circumstances, buying a new car is worthwhile to us, this cycle. We had a smooth test drive, and are now the satisfied buyers of a new 2017 Outback. It's as if Subaru's engineers heard about our short list of complaints about our 2012 model, and resolved each issue! Many thanks to the Patriot Subaru team for all the help!
