Update: The Clinic Director never called either, of course.

I have been visiting this clinic every few months for over 3 years. The last 6 months I have received the most neglectful healthcare I have ever experienced. I held my tongue for 6 months hoping things would improve, but they haven't. I am extremely disappointed.

Most recently, it has taken 2 weeks (and counting) for the physician to review my blood work to refill my prescription. I had the blood drawn on a Wednesday. The results came back that Friday; however, 2 weeks later, no one has taken 5 mins out of their day to review the results and call in my refill. On nearly 10 different occasions, I've called the office (daily at this point) and have been told "She will call you today/tomorrow/within 48hrs." Even my pharmacy has reached out to them 3 times, but they've now given up.

As a patient, I have been put on the backburner for 2 weeks. Last time I needed this exact same medication refilled, it took a month. Apparently the quality of healthcare that I receive has been deemed much lower than others.
