Beautiful neoclassical building built around 1780. It currently houses the museum of modern art. Outside this museum there is a peculiarity, because there is the equestrian statue of the Duke of Welligton. This statue usually has an orange plastic traffic cone on its head, and has become one of the symbols of the city, the subject of postcards and souvenirs. Although the city council has been in charge of removing the cone several times, it is placed again and again. It is believed that this tradition began with a joke since 2000.
