I have a very mixed review. The CAT team members in the field that I worked with are and always will be considered among the best humans to have on your side working with your family through various challenges. They are individuals with care, compassion, dedication, integrity and anything else positive that you can think of. Furthermore, they are also among the hardest working. Quality humans and they deserve the best rating that anyone could give.

However, I cannot say the same with regards to the management at Smith. This is important because they allowed one of their employees to remain working in the community while there was a conflict of interest in which the employee should have been pulled out of the field and supervised for having a conflicting role. I believe in the "Do No Harm" rule, especially when children are involved. Smith supported one of their employees that made false accusations against a parent that caused the parent to be removed from his home and forced on the street with 2 minor children. That's not the kind of leadership we need in the community. And it turns out that a complaint regarding the same employee was filed with the state for unethical behavior. Perhaps the leadership should take off the blinders.
