730pm heard what sounded like someone jiggling the...

730pm heard what sounded like someone jiggling the door and then a knock and when I asked why he didn't ring the bell he said I it was their protocol to knock??? As he was giving his pitch, I told him no thank you and he persisted to talk over me. I shut the door. Creepy.
