I used to love this place. But they are really let...

I used to love this place. But they are really letting it fall apart. The sold us a broken chair (we bought the tickets online) asked them to switch us seats. The showing (theater 5) was sold out but there was another showing in theater 1. Same situation, broken seat. Go back and they can move us to theater 3 if we don't mind waiting 30 mins. Ok, sure. Get there and not even joking, that seat is broken also. Now we've waited about an hour and a half (we got there early to have dinner in the lounge but they closed it because of some holiday party) and no food and no movie. We have to wait another 30 mins for a refund because she said the managers aren't answering. I read an article about this place going bankrupt and it's really sad to see. I've always chose this theater for all the big movie releases but not anymore after today.
