It was amazing. They are very generous with the presents aswell. The animals are well looked after. If you want to save money they let you bring your own food so you can have picnic indoors even in winter. There is plenty to see and with young children you spend good 2-3 hours. My son is 8 and he loved it. Santa was really kind not rushed. The reeinders also were a treat. It's the real thing
