Called 2 days before arrival date confirm room it ...

Called 2 days before arrival date confirm room it had a walk in shower and tub. On way to Resort called to let them know on way and again confirm room accommodations. Was told room all set shower and tub. Get to resort room was given. Get to room no walk in shower. Couldn't get in tub because of health problems. Call front desk gave a temporary key to new room with shower and tub. Had a pool view and nice room. Returned key told check in desk would change next day after activities. Was told no problem room was tied to existing reservation. Would be saved. Got back to Silver Lake Resort some incompetent front desk clerk gave the Room to someone else. This was after it was only to be there for the move. No one could tell what happened to the room why it was gone. Then clerk tried to give a unacceptable room looking over the parking lot. Then she said there was a free upgrade from the room at check in . Was told they mixed it up it was there fault they gave the wrong room to begin with. Then gave away the replacement room . Had to move rooms at 10:00 pm that night. Because was afraid that room would disappear too. What bad management at the resort I would be afraid to go there again. Too much incompetence. I've been to other hotels and resorts NEVER had an experience like this. And they want you to buy here. They got to be kidding.
