Allowed tenants to be without proper water to bathe and treated tenants badly for trying to resolve problem. Took security deposit and then threatened eviction if they didn t get a new one. Apartments have carpet ants, poor windows, bad water, and management is rude and unprofessional. Men hired on site to deal with maintenance are under qualified and not reliable for help when needed. When I tried to reach out to John, the upper management, he did not return any of my phone calls or address the negligence going on by his employees.
