I bought a new Jaguar I-pace on Dec 31, 2019. I had to take it in for service today for the first time to get may battery software update. They asked me to drop off the car today at 8am, so I did. I work an hour away and had to ask to go in late for work and leave and hour early to go get me car. After leaving work early today to get my car, on my way back to SF Chuck in Service texted me and told me they didn t even get to my car today, and asked if I could leave it until Monday. This weekend is a 3 day weekend, and now I have no car for this 3 day weekend. They really can t manage their time, I scheduled this 5 days in advance and made special arrangements to do this, and now I won t have a car the next 3 days. This is very disappointing, especially for my first service for me car here ever. Once I get may car, I will find another dealer to service and look at my car who manages their time better than this. Very disappointing, especially on this 3 day Valentines weekend I m now having to cancel my weekend and Monday plans due to not having my Jaguar. Never again
