SheBirths is an incredible course! Both my husband and I felt extremely knowledgeable and prepared going into the labour after attending Nadines weekend course. We were well equipped with all the resources and techniques to help us through the labour and the delivery we had envisaged.

Utilising the visualisation and yoga techniques I learnt in the course enabled me to have the strength and be empowered to feel in control throughout every stage of the labour. My husband played a very active role and we worked in partnership together throughout the entire natural delivery.

It was an extremely positive and memorable experience that we couldn t have done without SheBirths.
