Important documents of the Bundesbank were supposedly delivered, although there was neither ringing nor any notification. The shipment tracking indicated that the delivery was made - in front of the front door - without a parking permit. However, the package wasn't there! For this reason I have informed both the consignor and DPD. The latter would be asked - but this was inconclusive, which is why a new dispatch was initiated.

Same case as above - no ringing, no notification, although I explicitly pointed out that on the one hand this did not work the last time and that the package is important. Fortunately, the package was at the door. But with all due respect - that is the very last reason why I refrained from using this supplier. There was no response to my renewed complaint.

An interesting case today: DPD delivered a parcel to a person on the doorstep who does not live in the house. Why do i know The address is completely different. And how does the gentleman get his package, DPD !?
