Everytime we book it's on the waiting list and the...

Everytime we book it's on the waiting list and then they tell you "don't go out if you don't have A RETURN Ride " when we get a ride one way. WE ONLY get a One way Ride. IT SEEMS like you only Prioritize people who are 60yrs old, AND NOT kids who are Special Needs. The one's in the Canes Get a wheeltrans bus, And we get a Beck taxi, which we cannot fold the wheelchair. It doesn't make sense at all. What the hell is this....there trying so hard to make people not use the service taxs dollars are paying for...KEEP UP THE HORRIBLE WORK WHEELTRANS OFFICE WORKERS AND DISPATCH !!!!
