I had an incident last week with my 2019 Prius. I had not used it for a couple of days and it was parked outside.
When I went to start it, the battery was dead.

After boosting it twice, I knew the battery was not charging so went to Gateway Service.
I was met there by Stephanie and I must say she did an excellent job of caring for this customer.
That extra care continued when she checked on parts delivered from Vancouver and noticed my battery was there.
She had the Prius brought in to the shop and, when the install was completed, she called me.
