I was going to Pop Physique in San Francisco and experienced something similar to other reviews. The location closed and I was told they were trying to open another location and should hold onto my package. However, I told them no thanks and wanted a refund. It has been 3 months and I still have not been refunded the $250 for the package I purchased but was never able to use. The store closed without warning. Classes were starting to dwindle and people expressed concern but still no one mentioned closing. Horrible business.
