I loved my experience w/mossy Toyota, not only is it very welcoming the minute you walk in but I was greeted by everyone in a pleasant way. The facility is very clean and smells great (fresh baked cookies)! The one thing that stuck out was the gal and guy who did the paperwork! Valerie was so pleasant and understanding with all my concerns. She really is an asset to this company! Company's everywhere need a valerie!! Kris was so thorough in explaining everything to me and took the time to hear my needs. I will definitely be sending my friends and family here for future purchases and I be bringing on my new car to get serviced at missy toyota. Thx again val and kris you guys rock! XO patty
