2 weeks ago I bought an Aorus AD27Q monitor, when we arrived home it turned out that the box had already been opened and the foot was damaged. (Always check this in this store!) This made it look like a showroom model or one that was returned.

For this monitor have paid the full amount. Unfortunately, I was poorly informed about this and did expect better service, because the email did not respond to any information about this.

So here I buy nothing more there are better shops as Alternate AZERTY or where it is stated in that it is used or returned products !!
