I called for a same day repair beuase they advert...

I called for a same day repair beuase they advertised both on their website and in the phone book. I was opening my pool and ran into a problem with the GFI that controls my filter.After taking all my information, I was told by the representative that a supervisor would call me back within the hour to have an electrician come out. After waiting for 3 hours for someone to call back,I called them back and the rep told me she didn't know why I didn't recieve a call and she didn't have an electrician in my area available. Don't use this company they are incompetent and they advertise falsely!! Terrible customer service experience!!!
